IIT Kanpur masters project
- Spearheaded an AI/ML-driven drug discovery pipeline using Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Graph Convolutional Neural Networks (GCNNs) to identify novel anti-obesity targets and optimize lead compounds for ADMET properties.
- Engineered predictive models on a curated dataset of ~53,000 compounds to target GLP-1, GIP, and Glucagon pathways, aiming to identify candidates exceeding 15–20% weight reduction efficacy with minimized toxicity.
- Developing a scalable technology roadmap to bridge the translational gap in obesity pharmacotherapy, utilizing data-driven protocols to accelerate de novo entity design and address the $990B global healthcare burden.
